Inspired by my child's paper cards, I created a more durable way to give a voice to those who need it most.
This simple, easy-to-print set of communication cards helps non-verbal individuals — or anyone who struggles with communication — express basic needs, emotions, and responses.
- 🖼️ Bold, flat icons with clear text (e.g. “I am hungry”, “I am okay”, “I need help”)
- ✋ Sized for small hands with rounded edges for safety
- 🧠 Ideal for use at home, in the classroom, or on the go
- 🔁 Includes Yes/No and common emotions
- 🕒 Prints in ~16 minutes using just ~7g of filament
🎨 Customise the colours your way:
You can use Bambu Studio or the Handy app to adjust colours to suit your needs.
A Non-AMS print profile is also included — it adds a pause at layer 11, allowing you to change filament and continue the print for two-tone results even without an AMS.
