I recently starting keeping a journal (daily list making really) and received a very thoughtful gift set of Blackwing Audition pencils.  It’s been a pleasure.  Experimenting and finding my preference in lead type.  Starting a comforting morning routine sharpening them.  The nostalgia of even using a pencil.

Admittingly, this post is probably more effort than creating the CAD.  But a matte black cover for my new Blackwing pencils, sure why not!  I like it and maybe someone here may too.  For print settings, I didn’t need a brim while using a textured plate.  Just in case, keep an eye on the stability of the first layers though.

This cover was sort of a whim / procrastination from finishing other projects.  Maybe you can relate.  If you happen to make it, add it to the list and cross it off. 😉
