(English below) Support vertical pour la Freebox POP, conçu pour l'accrocher sur un panneau de brassage format GTL. Il permet de gagner une place précieuse dans un coffret de communication étroit en utilisant les trous de fixation murale intégrés à la box.

This is a space-saving vertical mount for the Freebox POP, designed specifically to hang on a standard French panneau de brassage in a GTL (Gaine Technique du Logement).

By holding the box vertically, it frees up valuable space in a crowded network cabinet. The mount uses the Freebox's built-in wall-mount holes for a precise and secure fit.

Hardware required:

  • 2 x M2x4mm threaded heat-set inserts
  • 2 x M2 screws

Assembly instructions:

  1. Print the main body and the hook piece.
  2. Using a soldering iron, carefully press the two M2x4mm heat-set inserts into the holes on the main body.
  3. Attach the hook piece to the main body using two M2 screws. This creates a strong, reliable assembly.
  4. Slide the completed mount onto the back of the Freebox POP, aligning it with the mounting holes.
  5. Secure the mount to the Freebox POP using a zip-tie (via the 2 vertical holes near the hook)
  6. Hang the entire unit on your GTL patch panel.

Print settings:

  • Material: PETG is recommended for better heat resistance in a network closet. PLA can also work.
  • Supports: Supports are necessary for the hook and overhangs. The provided print profile includes pre-tuned supports designed for easy removal.
  • Orientation: Print the parts as oriented in the file for maximum strength.
