Description
Akor Dion Castle - a folding wonder
A folding model of a castle which can be used as a simple and fun diorama decoration, or for tabletop games and wargames.
I aimed for a model of a castle easy to print and build - less than one hour.
After several iterations this is now for A1 1h 8min on 0.20mm standard strength.
The model prints flat 2D.
It can be easily bent to the 3D shape by folding it around the guide folding lines of the model.
Let it to cool properly before folding.
Can be printed multicolour with AMS and even without - the sky layer is 0.6mm, the ground and castle have 0.8 to 1.2mm and the details are above1.2mm.
