This is a custom remix of the original Fancy Lithophane Frame by DaHouzKat, designed to simplify printing and usage with the IKEA Halvklart USB LED spotlight.
 

🛠️ What’s been modified:

✅ Unified print profile including all frame parts, pre-arranged and ready to print.
✅ Dedicated slot for the lithophane, allowing you to easily replace it with your own 100x100 mm design.
✅ Redesigned button for a perfect fit with IKEA Halvklart, ensuring compatibility and a clean finish.

📦 What you need:

• Printed parts (frame, cover, and button – all included in the profile)
• IKEA Halvklart (USB LED spotlight)
• A 100x100 mm lithophane (you can generate one using the site below)

🖼️ How to create your lithophane:

Go to: http://3dp.rocks/lithophane

1. Click Images and upload your photo
2. Under Settings > Model:
   • Maximum Size: 100 mm
   • Thinnest Layer: 0.4 mm
   • Thickness: 2.4 mm
   • Border: 2.4 mm
3. Under Settings > Image, select Positive Image
4. Go to Model, click Refresh, then Download

🖨️ Print Instructions:

• All parts are already oriented for optimal printing
• Recommended materials: PLA or PETG
• Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm
• Ensure your printer is well calibrated – the fit is tight!

🧩 Assembly:

1. Insert the Halvklart LED spotlight into the back of the frame
2. Stick the button to the back of the LED unit
3. Place your custom lithophane on top of the frame
4. Snap the cover onto the lithophane
