Upgrade your vise: Protection & Grip.
Hard steel jaws are perfect for steel, but they can ruin delicate workpieces made of wood, aluminum, or plastic. These soft jaws solve the problem: they protect the surface and offer features that your standard jaws lack.
⚡ Features:
- Precise Fit: Designed for 150mm vises with a jaw thickness of 10mm.
- Vertical Clamping: Integrated cutouts securely hold round material vertically (Diameters: 10mm, 20mm, 30mm).
- Horizontal Clamping: The continuous 90° notch (V-groove) firmly secures pipes and profiles horizontally.
- Protection: Prevents pressure marks and scratches on delicate components.
⚙️ Print Settings (Recommendation)
- Material:
- TPU (Shore 95A): Ideal for maximum "grip" and slip resistance.
- PETG / PLA+: If the jaws should be harder and more dimensionally stable.
- Walls: 3 walls ensure the necessary compressive strength.
- Infill: 25-30% Gyroid.
- Supports: Depending on print orientation (mostly not needed if printed flat on the back).
