I have now created a larger tolerance at the joints and slightly thicker case. You would have to test it with PETG, I only have PLA and can&#39;t try it. I hope the print profiles should work. I am also looking forward to feedback.

This is a &#34;tolerance tester&#34; print profile for people to use before they print the entire thing. I had issue on my first print, and I&#39;ve seen a few others did as well.&nbsp;It pulls the model down below the build plate and then uses some primitive shapes to &#39;block&#39; the print from printing, so its just the center line of hinges. <ul><li>Slowly ratchet up the scale 1% or 0.5% at a time and then print.</li><li>Consider switching “Order of walls” to “outer/inner” (this helped my tolerance ALOT with the filament I was using)</li><li>You may also want to adjust the speeds as well.</li><li>It is fairly quick and you can usually tell about halfway through whether its fused itself or not, so you can just cancel the print once you can tell for sure.</li></ul>Shown are some of my shots of a failed fused scale and then one that finally was able to rotate. You can see that I could tell it was fusing, so I just cancelled them and moved on.&nbsp;NOTE - be careful if you move the model around. Sometimes it jumps back up to level with the build plate. You may have to pull it back down below the build plate. I moved it -2.47mm on the Z axis, but it doesn&#39;t need to be exact. Just enough to have it print just the hinges. Takes about 20 minutes to print and only uses about 5g of filament. Well worth a try before you risk the full print.(Edited)
