Description

Here are 5 (so far) texture rollers for your wargaming board. I plan to make more textures, but so far you get:

  • Cobblestone
  • Cracked dry earth
  • Decorative wall stone
  • Long Bricks for walls
  • Wooden Planks

Print the rollers on a resin printer to get the best quality of your textures. I tested these on an FDM printer and they look fine, so if you decide to go with an FDM printer, print the rollers in a vertical position.

The rollers come with a handle. Print the handle flat on an FDM machine. Use 0.28 layer hight to speed things up, and 20% infill. Place supports below „hinges” that hold the roller and you’re done.

You can place the roller on a handle quite easily due to the spring action of the handle.

UPDATES:

- 07.02.2023: added 2 new rollers, one for long bricks that can be used for walls, and one for wooden planks. The wooden planks one isn't too deep nor detailed, but still I add it because someone may find it useful.

Odd, I used the STL with the preset settings for my P1S. Unfortunately, the roller does not fit on the handle. Did I perhaps misunderstand something

Had to sand the handle for the rollers to fit. Not a huge deal. Thanks for the design!
