Description
Micro Channel Test – 200–600 Microns
This test piece is designed to check how well your printer handles tiny channels. It features holes ranging from 200 µm to 600 µm, increasing in 50 µm steps — so you get 200, 250, 300, all the way up to 600 microns.
Printed and tested on the ELEGOO Mars 4 Ultra. On my print, channels 500 microns and larger came out clean, while anything smaller was mostly closed off — a solid reference point for what the machine can handle.
Useful for dialing in your resin prints, especially if you're doing microfluidics, precision parts, or anything where fine details matter.
