We present a unique miniature vibrating table, specially designed for the effective removal of air bubbles from highly viscous materials during casting and pouring. All the main parts of the table are made by 3D printing, which ensures accessibility, accuracy and the possibility of customization. This table is an ideal solution for craftsmen, jewelers, dentists and laboratories working with silicones, liquid polymers, plaster and other similar materials.

1. VERSATILITY AND MAIN ADVANTAGE:
Main innovation: The design of the table allows it to be installed INSIDE a standard vacuum chamber. This makes it possible to simultaneously vacuum and vibrate the casting mold.
Maximum bubble removal: The combination of vacuum (which reduces the size of bubbles and pulls them to the surface) and vibration (which helps them merge and float) produces unparalleled quality castings without pores or cavities.
For safe and quiet operation of the table inside the vacuum chamber, vibration dampers are required between the table and the chamber walls.
The kit includes a 3D printed mold for self-casting these dampers made of silicone.
Alternative: The dampers can also be 3D printed from flexible filament (TPU)
2. EFFICIENT AND SIMPLE 3D PRINTED DESIGN:
Base and Work Surface: The round lower platform and the upper table are connected to each other via a spring system.
