articulating tail pool noodle cover

this is a simple cap for placement at the end of a large walmart pool noodle. it has holes to thread fishing line through to control the articulation of the noodle after cutting strategic shapes out of it. the intention is to insert the final product into fabic to make an articulated and posable and matbe controlable furry tail. made using sign maker.
