This unique Dice Tower & Can Holder is perfect for your tabletop roleplaying sessions, especially when space is at a premium. Made to hold 330ml/12 fl oz can and to roll all values of standard plastic D&D dice. A curved axe handle slashes and slices into the wooden tankard, acting as both a grip and dice rolling path. The tankard is textured with carved woodgrain and leather-stitched and riveted details, and runes run around it's bands. Ready for the mead-hall.
While the tankard gives a “Viking” aesthetic, the runic inscription wrapped around is actually Anglo-Saxon Futhorc, specifically the verse for the rune Peorth (ᛈ). This rune is shrouded in mystery, but is widely associated with joy, games, and fellowship. Scholars suggest that Peorth may have referred to a game box or pear-wood playing pieces. The verse speaks of play and laughter among warriors - I felt like this was the perfect alignment with the spirit of Dungeons & Dragons. And, if that isn't enough to bless your dice - the base tray is ringed with the phrase:
“Fortune favour the rolls”
ᚠᚩᚱᛏᚢᚾᛖ ᚠᚪᚠᚩᚢᚱ ᚦᛖ ᚱᚩᛚᛚᛋ
