AR15/M4/M16 Bolt Carrier Group (BCG)
This was made for a 3D printed M4/M16 I am putting together. The tolerances were adjusted so after removing brim and supports the model should just fit together with minimal post-processing. A toothpick fits well as the extractor pin, a cut down ballpoint pen spring also works as the extractor spring if you wish to add spring pressure on the extractor.
If the bolt carrier is a too tall for your liking I suggest cutting the part with a dovetail cut on Bambu Studio and simply gluing it together.
