Cool for decorative purposes, but the deisgn is too think and weak at the picatinny rail for any actual use. Broke immediately. UPDATE: I tried printing with a different spool of PETG and there were still strength issues. I decided to adjust the print profile to increase strength and finally got a strong part. No longer breaks at the part that slides onto the picatinny rail. Designer's print profile needs adjustment if you're expecting strength out of the foregrip.

Made a custom profile, 25% gyroid infil, 5 walls all around, printed from ABS, maybe not the best material but will still be more than functional. Very sturdy. I've added an M5 but that fits snug in place. rail slots look bad because I accidentally left raft on.

very nice , i fixed it for you , uploaded a perfect profile! it will never break or snap now teh way i printed at slanted orientation, 6 walls and 100% infill ! It just FEELS solid in your hands, you can squeeze and its like metal lol even teh cheapest PLA or petg can still make perfect prints if you usethe right slicer settings! usually just extra walls liek 4 to 6 to 12 and 100% rectilinear infill!
