Customizable Enclosure Box

This is a customizable enclosure box that can be closed with screws and adjusted to fit your specific needs. The box is designed for modular use and easy adaptation. It can be modified with various dimensions and tolerances to suit different applications such as electronics housings, sensor covers, or general protective casings.

Once the model is customized, additional cable holes or cutouts can be added using **Bambu Studio** before printing.

 

Parameters and Their Meanings

- length → The total outer length of the box.
- width → The total outer width of the box.
- body height → The height of the main body (excluding the lid).
- thickness → The wall thickness of the box.
- lid thickness → The thickness of the removable lid.
- crew diameter → The diameter of the screws used to close the box.
- screw head diameter → The diameter of the screw head.
- screw head depth → The depth of the cavity where the screw head sits.
- guide height → The height of the internal guide rail that helps align the lid.
- snap fit tolerance → The tolerance value for snap-fit parts to ensure proper friction and fitting.
- guide thickness → The thickness of the internal guide rail.
- snap fit depth → The depth of the snap-fit interlocking mechanism.
- corner radius → The radius of the outer corners of the box for rounded edges.
- bottom thickness → The thickness of the bottom panel of the box.
- pillar diameter → The diameter of the internal screw mounting pillars.
- pillar offset → The distance from the edges to the mounting pillars.
- resolution → The model resolution, which affects the smoothness of curved surfaces.

 

Additional Customization

After generating your customized box, you can use Bambu Studio to manually add holes for cable routing or additional cutouts, tailored to your specific electronic or mechanical setup.
