I shortened everything up and got rid of excess length to make it close to milspec lengths and added a integrated buffer tube. This folder hinge has the best lock up out of all I've tried.

Included are calibrated Fiberon PA6-CF and Polymaker PLA Pro Profiles as well as a BBL PA6-GF Profile

Models are oriented for best print results. Added optional modifier to buffer tube which makes it have 25% infill which is what i used to cut down on filament and weight.

This is a buffer tube folding adapter for 1913 rails I made using Unseenkiller’s “Really Strong Latch” or “Little Giant” and 3D Arms buffer tube geometry from his “Snow Leopard” design.
