Description

Bullet Bill controller stand for the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller - No AMS needed

Remix of @LeoLovesToy's Bullet Bill, adjusted to be the correct size for the controller, then flattened at the bottom (so it stands up) and the top cutaway to fit the Switch 2 Pro controller. This will also fit the OG Pro controller, but there will be a fair bit of room around the sides.

Printing

This print is divided into 3 plates, the black parts, white parts and red parts.

This print uses supports and rafts, so there will be some cleanup after.

Assembly

First, remove all the parts, remove the supports and rafts. You will need to clean up the edges of some of the parts, I'd recommend using a burr remover, then a blue flame lighter to fix any parts that show stress colouration (they go lighter) a quick passover and you're back to the original colour.

Then, glue in the red backing for the teeth, I applied glue to the opening and then pushed (and held) in place.

Assemble the small white poles into the small black eye pieces x2, they need to fit flush height wise. Then flood the bottom of the eye hole you are working on with glue, push in the correct white part (the raft side gets the glue, with the printed surface remaining visible), then insert the red corner piece, same advice as before in regards to the glue / printed surface. Then insert the black and white eye parts.

Feel free to use my pictures for reference.

Then it's time for the teeth! - I did the top teeth first (do a test fit before glueing!), by running a line of glue into what you'd call the gums I guess, then insert, press and hold, then repeat for the bottom teeth.

There we have it, Bullet Bill in all his glory!

Looks great! I'm missing the black beady eyes though cuz my kid lost them before I could get it put together.. haha It printed just fine though, no issues. The supports are a little thick and tough to get out but nothing major. Fun design, thank you! (。・ω・。)ノ⭐

Kids! 😂 Thanjs for sharing and rating Maybe just reprint the eye parts and finish him off? Simple enough to do in Bambu Studio, just delete everything else off the plate

haha right! Yeah my computer's being lame, so once I get it working right that's the plan. Currently I'm just using the mobile app..

Do it from Bambu Handy and when it starts, skip all parts except the one you need ;)
