Bike Repair Stand (PLA + TPU Bracket)
This is a compact, sturdy, and stylish bike service bracket that lets you flip your bike upside down and rest the handlebars securely and safely. Ideal for bikes with mech
Designed with a combination of PLA (or PETG) for strength and TPU inserts for soft, anti-slip grip on both the handlebars and the ground. Perfect for garages, workshops, or even quick roadside fixes!
Its three-part build makes it 3D-printer friendly and easy to assemble, with minimal post-processing (tree supports only the TPU feet). It’s compact enough to store anywhere and holds most bikes confidently.
Printing Notes:
- Plate 1: This is the Main Bracket. Print in either PLA or PETG.
- Plate 2 & 3: TPU feet + handlebar inserts. (Printed on the X1C via side Spool using TPU 95A).
- Tree supports only for the feet. The TPU parts easily plug onto the bracket after, no glue needed.
Dimensions:
179 mm x 50 mm x 80 mm (per unit).
NOTE: Don't flip your bicylce upside down too long, especially if you have hydaulic brakes or suspension. Short periods is okay. If you do, just squeese your brakes or pump the suspension a few times to get it back to normal levels.
