Description
A waterproof rugged case for the Miniware ts21 soldering iron and some accesories.
Functions
The case has the space for the TS21 controller, 3 soldering tips, a solder container, a hotswap tip remover, a ts21 holder (with standby activator contacts) and some space for sponge and random stuffs.
Tips remover
to use the tip remover just put the tip in the nuts and pull it down and the pull out the tip, the tip will stay in the tip remover and a new tip can be used on the iron. ( more videos here: https://www.instagram.com/forge.lab_/ ).

Standby activator
just connect one side to the holder and the other to the ground of the power connector.

Printing
I printed my case in PLA with the orange parts in ASA (only for temperature resistance and better colors but can be printed also in PLA), the seal for waterproofing need to be printed in TPU (i used 95A).

the 8 M3x20 are for case latches and hinges, the 1 M3 and 3 M4 are for the tip remover (that would be good with only the snap on but you can also glue it) the M3x8 is for contacting the standby wire with a wire terminal (tutorial). In the lid i placed a piece of foam. Under the tip holder can be placed the spnges for cleaning the tips.
