Description
Silica Gel Box with lid. The ventilation inlets in the lid are slightly beveled. I use the Silica Gel Box for drying filament in filament boxes, but it can of course also be used for drying other areas (in wardrobes, drawers, etc.).
For the intended purpose, I wanted to omit additions - such as a locking mechanism - that consume additional filament. Usually, the Silica Gel Box is placed in the filament box and then left there for several weeks without being constantly removed. When inserting it into the filament box, you just need to make sure to press the lid and housing of the Silica Gel Box together with your thumb and finger so that the box does not accidentally open. For other applications that require secure transport of the box, I may add another version with a lock.
