Hand-Powered Mechanical Fan — 3D Printable Project
Print Profile(4)

Description
Feeling the heat? Let’s cool off the old-school way!
This hand-powered mechanical fan was designed from scratch and is fully ready for 3D printing. No batteries needed — just your hand and a bit of muscle power.
It comes with two blade designs to choose from. Want something classic? Got it. Feeling experimental? We’ve got you covered. Print whichever fits your vibe — or your filament color.
💡 The fan spins with a simple squeeze. You press, it moves. It won’t summon a hurricane, but it will give you a refreshing breeze — and some maker pride while you’re at it.
Tested with colorful PLA filament, it prints clean, assembles easily, and requires no glue or wizardry.
🛠 Assembly Tip: Pay close attention to the correct positioning of the gears during assembly. Proper alignment ensures smooth and reliable operation.
Perfect for demonstrating mechanics, summer crafts, fun gifts, or just a cool desk toy to print and play.
🚀 I would also like to introduce my improved fan version featuring a spring-return handle and a ratchet-based one-way drive mechanism.
The new version provides stable one-direction rotation, smoother operation, and a more advanced fully mechanical design.
