Updated Design – Version 2
After further testing and feedback, the design of V1 (V1 Shottimer SG Case) has been refined for even better comfort, printability, and usability. In the picture you can see V1 and 2 next to each other. Although V2 is printed with 90A here, you can clearly see the difference on the sides. Small but effective changes include:

• Front and back made slightly thinner
• Rear edge slightly beveled
• Outer edges rounded for a more comfortable grip
• Bottom rear edge very slightly raised – especially beneficial when printing in TPU 90 A, which is the material I recommend for this case
• The thinner back also improves adhesion to the magnetic mount

If you want more grip, you can try the fuzzy skin version. However, Bambu Studio currently doesn’t support fuzzy skin only on the outside, so it also applies to the inside. It looks cool and adds grip, but do note that it requires more effort to remove the support structures. See the pictures of the orange print – that’s the latest version.

Material Tip

Do not use TPU with AMS – it behaves more like PLA and won’t work. I’ve printed in 95 A and now tested the updated version in 90 A, which I strongly recommend.

Screen Protection Tip

I wanted to protect the screen too, but transparent 3D printing isn’t easy. Since the screen is quite sensitive to splashes, I recommend using a flexible screen protector – just cut it to size. Works perfectly for me. See picture for reference.
