Super model, V4 turned out perfectly I printed with a 0.12mm layer height to be safe I don't know if it was necessary, but the numbers are perfectly legible and nice to look at The scale is also correct, the centimeter scale matches a ruler and the device also correctly determined my shoe size Thanks

Hi, thank you very much for the great feedback, the beautiful pictures, and the boost! In principle, the layer height only has a limited influence on readability, it was with a lot of "trial & error" that I found the right setting for readability šŸ˜…. Happy printing!

v4 - EU + US scale - HappyFit Foot Gauge - AMS-ready
Strength Issue:Liked the idea and the design is usefull. It printed good but after the first use the back end broke ( kids are not always very soft in there movements ;-) ). Just a tip, try to make the back end stronger and it could gain some stars :-).

Thanks GhostError for the feedback & picture. I see you used the v3. I indeed adressed the issue on v4 with the EU + mm scale, where the back heel is much stronger (although obviously vertical priting layers are always more brittle). Any reason why you used this version? If you're nicešŸ˜…, I could also enhance this v3 with an enforced heel. 😊

Damm, did not see there was een V4. A tip from a user ;-). If you upgrade a design, put it as a remark in the previous versions.

Damn. Done, thanks for the tip. Usually I take older versions offline, kept this one for the US scale. After your comment I updated the v3 with EU + US scale to a v4 with EU + US scale, hope it's fulfilling your expectations ;-)

Strange. Normally I wear EU size 45-46, but according to the foot gauge I have 40. Printed on P1S

Thanks for your feedback Strange, I wear 44 and it generally fits What is the total length of the Happyfit Was the scale kept at 100 in Bambu Studio I don't have a P1S myself to test, but on the slicer it should diagonally fill almost the entire plate from corner to opposite corner

Total length is 33.5cm, it fit on the printer without modification. The plate was completely filled. I normally wear size 45/46 EU shoes

I already had a similar discussion with a German printer, who sent me the scala of Birkenstock, which was quite different from the Paris Point (international) standard used here... (see screenshots and scala attached to the model page). It's annoying, but shoe standards are not so "standard" as one would hope 😢. A pity really.... I'm working on a version with mm on top of shoe size, as that's at least uniform, but that will be for September šŸ˜‰. Thanks for your understanding and feedback!

Nice! However, I’m not sure about the measurements, as different manufacturers have different sizes. I would prefer having the gauge in centimeters.

Thanks for the rating and feedback. And yes, it's not easy to find the exact match for each brand There's a matching table in mm attached to the product page, but I'll consider your proposal for future version.

Hi thanks for taking the time to rate. Any reason why it's only worth 4 stars for you, improvement hints? There's a lot of work behind this, provided to you for free šŸ˜‰

Sorry, I should have included feedback with my rating! I appreciate the attention to detail, and the measurements are very accurate. However, I found it frustrating that the heel plate and gauge slider are merged into one STL file on the main plate. If you want the slider to be a different color, you're forced to either waste a ton of filament on swaps (if you paint it, since you can't choose to print by object) or print it twice.

Thanks for coming back on this rating, that's at least a feedback I can work with :-) A little bit suprising still, as actually that print profile has 2 print plates, with the slider on a second plate, exactly for that reason (see attached screenshot), so I still don't fully understand the feedback and rating to be honest... Can you explain your case, why the seconde plate isn't useful for you here? Or maybe it was just not very clear (for instance, while printing from mobile app or so). Thanks, all these little details help :-)

Thank you for great design! But - i print it with H2D and the scaling is not right! why?

Printing on H2D? Lucky you :-) Do I assume rightly that you're located in Germany? Appearently, the Paris Point Standard (internationally accepted) is not applied in the same way in Germany, and hence the shoe size differs quite significantly. As for all scales, I had to pick a standard, turns out it's not fitting to all. My proposal is to work out a scale with EU (Paris Scale) & mm (instead of US shoe size), so it's more universal. This is still work in progress though, I'll keep you posted once v4 is tested & ready :-) Thanks for your feedback & understanding !
