Description
This is a detailed 3D printable model of the Iron Man Mk39 (Starboost) helmet, scaled to 80% of the original size. It’s ideal for display or cosplay, especially for smaller heads or compact mannequins. The model has been carefully prepared for high-quality printing using PLA filament and is split for easy assembly.
- Designed for PLA printing, with geometry optimized for clean results and minimal support.
- Parts are joined using 8x2 mm neodymium magnets for easy assembly and disassembly.
- Eyes are attached with super glue for a permanent hold.
- Recommended print settings: 0.16 mm layer height for best surface quality.
- All components fit standard build plates and have been oriented for efficient, support-light printing.
This helmet looks great in white, silver, or metallic PLA. It's a perfect project for fans of Iron Man’s Starboost armor who want a visually striking, well-fitting replica.
