Everything worked out with my Pi 4 and Pi 3B+. I also added a cutout and mounting holes for a rear fan.

Where can I find the Pi 3B+ sled you used in your print? It looks great

I thought it was included in the file. Also I have a vague memory that I needed to mirror the stl to get the orientation right.

Is there any way you'd make a sled for a Pi3b? Or should that fit already?

printed in PETG black which gives a good finish, however with just 2 x RPI4s i couldn't get the spare plate to sit right and everything looks awfully off on the 'port holes' for the USB and other stuff. I really like the print but found it unusable unfortunately, the lack of alignment rails for each pi did it for me so it's a B1N job i'm afraid and I move on to the next. Sorry.

The print turned out great! The model is very well designed, all parts fit together perfectly, and the details come out really clean. It printed without any issues using the recommended settings, with no warping or support problems. Stable, functional, and visually top-notch – exactly what you'd want. Highly recommended, thank you for the great design!
