Description
It was time to adjust the valve clearance on my motorcycle, but I didn’t have the proper tool at home—so I designed and 3D printed one myself. This 3x3 mm valve adjustment tool is suitable for most motorcycles that require a square 3x3 mm tool (e.g., many Suzuki models).
Two versions are included:
- With Suzuki logo – for a bit of extra flair
- Plain version – clean and minimalist design
The grip has a ridged shape for better handling, and the head is square-shaped, providing a precise fit with the valve adjustment screw.
If you’d like a version with a different logo or shape, feel free to message me – I’d be happy to create a custom one!
Print Settings:
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 100% for strength
- Supports: Not required
- Material: PETG recommended for durability and heat resistance
