Description
Recently got this affordable WH-C06 crane scale as the tindeq and forceboard cost 5 to 10 times more. It works great, especially with the ClimbHarder app (apparently Frez as of today? ) someone on reddit created! https://climbharder.net
The one downside was the size of the device which was really bulky. Luckily @user_3684539534 had already created a new cover for it! It is great but I wanted one even smaller and now it's about the same size as the other 2 devices for only 20-30 USD/EUR depending on where you get it. I used his model as a base and inspiration and ended up making a completely new one as I don't know how to modify stl files in fusion…

MAKE SURE you buy the one that says “with BT” !! You can sometimes find it a bit cheaper if you just search on aliexpress as they have many listings for the same device.
It is really easy to disassemble, only 8 screws and this model reuses 6 of those screws. No need for extra ones. (edit: reuse the same 2 out of 4 screws for the main board, 2 for the metal plate and 4 for the case.)
Like the other model, I removed the speaker and the AAA battery compartment. You can just gently rock the speaker back and forth for a couple minutes and it will break off easily. And for the battery compartment I just cut off the wire. (Thanks people on reddit for sharing these tips)
I'm pretty new to fusion 360 so please let me know if there is anything you would change.
I'm not super happy with the opening for the usb c port as it is not supported so it can be a bit fragile. Be gentle when plugging and unplugging. Let me know if you think of way to fix that.
I printed this in PETG with 4 walls with tree support for the charging port. Infill doesn't matter as there is barely any. I just went with adaptive cubic 15%. The one in the photo was printed in 0.28mm layer height as I was printing many versions but you can also choose 0.16 or 0.20mm and PLA would be fine as well.
