When the going gets tough, the tough get going

This is a cheap electric fan I bought online. It started getting hot recently, but two of the old fan blades broke, so I thought I'd print my own. However, many readily available ones online are either too thick or too fragile, or require supports. I felt the waste material was too heavy and produced a lot of wind noise, so I decided to make my own thin template, and then use manual hot pressing to shape it. The mold I used is the worn-out original fan blade. The GIF is sped up, but watching it twice should make it easy to understand.

PS: This model is not a finished product; it needs to be manually twisted to blow air properly. Requires some manual skill. Whether using a heat gun or open flame, please quickly heat and pass over the blades, not lingering in one spot for too long to avoid burning or melting. The goal is softening, not melting. Limited to those 16 years of age and older, otherwise, please ask an adult for assistance.
