Description
1.5" (38mm) Hex Grid Stencil Sheet
Simple design meant to be printable in the build volume of a Bambu P1S (256mm x 256mm) whilst avoiding collision with the exclusion zones.
Design printed with Bambu PETG Transparent on a 0.8mm nozzle to improve the speed of a proper slow transparent glass-like PETG profile. Tuning for flow rate recommended to correct for over/under-extrusion. Refer to Bambu Docs for Transparent PETG printing (link)
Projected print time using clear PETG profile:
- 0.4mm: ~15hrs
- 0.8mm: ~3hrs
Print times will be significantly improved if transparency is not required, but the benefits of a transparent sheet will be lost naturally.
