Simple Balisong / Butterfly Knife

This is my take on a balisong, or butterfly knife, and it is fully 3d printable. The blade measures ~130mm long and the handle measures ~147mm long.

Please remember that even though it isn't sharp, the blade tip is still pointy! Be careful with it.

Description

I designed this after disliking the harsh rectangle-shaped handles of other models. These handles are cylindrical, which feels nice in the hand and are satisfying to flip around. The blade serrations and center hollow are purely decorative, since I wanted something that looked interesting, and the logo at the base of the blade is my signature. Thanks for taking a look at my model!

Assembly

The hinges can be made with small bits of filament cut flush with the handle. The tolerances should be quite tight on the hinges, and may take a few opening/closings to operate smoothly. If the blade still sticks to the handles after a bit of use, lightly sand one of the flat sides of the base of the blade.

The model only needs support at the top section of the blade, which should be supported by auto tree supports at a 28 degree angle. The given bambu file has the proper settings.
