【Read Before Printing!!! Warm Tips】

It is strongly recommended to print the single-color configuration first before printing the multi-color configuration to test the model structure and slicing effect (Cost of single-color model printing: 64 scale 15g filament, 2 hours. 43 scale 50g filament, 3 hours). After being satisfied with the model's appearance, articulated structure, and slicing effect, then print the multi-color version. Thank you.

Note: Before printing the multi-color configuration file, you can enlarge it according to the complexity of the paint scheme. Preview in the slicing software to check the details and ensure printability.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Perforated Edition represents the top-of-the-line variant of this model, its signature carbon fiber perforated hood not only enhances visual impact but also optimizes heat dissipation and aerodynamic performance through a dual-duct structure.

Tests show this design reduces brake disc temperature by 50%, increases downforce by 285kg at high speeds, and simultaneously lowers electricity consumption by 12%.

As a limited-edition handcrafted component, the perforated hood has a daily output of only one unit, combining performance with rarity. Coupled with a 1548-horsepower three-motor system, the vehicle accelerates from 0-100km/h in just 1.98 seconds and reaches a top speed of 328km/h, matching the track performance of supercars.

Model Description

- Includes monochrome and multicolor print configurations: Monochrome allows for painting and decal application. Multicolor print configurations can be printed directly (consumes more material and takes longer), or can serve as a reference for monochrome painting.

- Wheels are movable, glue-free assembly.

- (Optional) Display stand: More display stand styles will be released later.

Dimensions
- 1/64 scale

- 1/43 scale: Simply scale the model by 150% for clearer details.
- Sliced files use the minimum printer size setting. You can adjust the number of models printed at once according to your printer size to save time and materials.

FDM Print Settings

- The physical model uses an A1 mini with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.16mm layer height, and official PLA filament. Using higher-specification equipment, parameters, and filaments will yield better results (assembly may be too tight or loose; this can be compensated by adjusting the XY outline size of the components, or by using sanding tools and 409 glue for processing and connection).

- Infill density: 15%. Increase model heft by adjusting infill density to 100%.

- Support: A combination of normal and tree supports was used.

- Various painted versions will be released later; follow the account for updates.

- You can also adjust parameters based on your printing experience.

Support Removal Instructions

- The model is small, with supports added to key locations. Removing supports requires flush cutters and tweezers. Simply breaking them by hand will likely cause structural breakage, especially in the rearview mirror area.

- Tip: To ensure successful removal of multicolor models and avoid breakage, consider first printing a monochrome model for practice to understand the model and support structure, then remove supports from the multicolor model. (Use 409 glue to repair any breaks.)

Monochrome Painting Reference

- Sanding: (Optional) Sand in the order of 400-600-800 grit.

- Painting: Use acrylic paints and brushes (for edge layer bleeding, apply a base coat first, then paint the edges).

- Polishing: Use a velvet cloth for polishing to give the acrylic paint a glossy finish.

Assembly Instructions

- For long-term stability, wheel installation requires firm pressure; initial rotation will be tight. It will become more flexible after several uses. See the GIF for wheel installation.
