Hello, here is my first share.

 

Not having the necessary space to install an inflatable spa with its motor (Bestway Lay-Z spa) in its new location, I decided to move the filtration/blower unit by about 50 cm. Problem, I didn't find the connectors to make extensions.

 

So I designed two connectors for the filtration part (male + female) and the same for the pulsed air circuit for the bubbles.

 

All printed in ABS.

 

You will need a Ø25mm inner diameter pipe for filtration, 4 screw clamps (Ø24-36), 2 flat gaskets 20/27.

A 40/49 flat gasket, a Ø38 swimming pool hose (work it a little so it fits tightly. No clamp needed) for the air circuit

Hi, this ist great, and big connection fits at one of my Lay-Z-Spa "Maldives" Pool. But the other 3 Sockets have different sizes. @Ducatflo Could you please create the cap nut (Ecrou raccord), socket connection (Raccord femelle) and plug connection (Raccord male) for other sizes? The Maldives has two other sizes - the bigger one has a diameter of 57mm, and the smaller one has 33mm.

Hello. During assembly, I positioned the blower hose gasket on the spa and the flat gasket instead of the red one. Everything works perfectly 👍
