AR15 Mil-Spec Reciever Extension Reaction Block
Print Profile(2)

Description
Found a similar style model for sale online after watching a SOTAR video on YouTube and was caught off-guard by how much the vendor was charging. Figured with a little bit of time and a can-do attitude I could design & print my own and save a few bucks.
I wouldn't call it an exact clone of the model found online, but it was designed to the Mil-Spec TDP for the M4/AR15. There is a built-in extension that surrounds the buffer tube and can be used to push up against the wrench when applying torque. There is also script on the side of the block stating that it is Mil-Spec fitment, allowing you to paint it if you'd like it to be easier to see/read. Fitment on the two different Mil-Spec buffer tubes that I had was a smidge loose, but was still able to be used for alignment and proper torque. You could scale the model as necessary to get the fitment that you desire. I personally printed mine in PLA with a 0.6mm nozzle which is one of the included print profiles. I've also included the .stl and .step files if you'd like to make your own adjustments.
Hope you all find this useful like I did, happy printing!
