This is a Big Brick customized head showing a younger female kid/teen face that is smiling.
Bottom opening is roughly 25.5 mm and can fit most Big Brick (6:1) figures on Maker World, but double check sizing prior to printing.

AMS, prime tower and supports are necessary - colorized with Latte Brown, Black, White, Red.
Caution - lots of filament poop! Printed at 7% Lightning which works fine, but if you want more durability, I would do at least 10% and your infill of choice.
