Designed with cosplay in mind, this helmet is split into four easy-to-print parts and is perfect for conventions, theater, or just confusing peasants.

🛠️ What’s Included:

🎨 Post-Processing:

• Print in PLA or PETG
• Paint with metallic or matte black to mimic metal
• Add a real feather or plume to the top (slot provided)
• Optional: Weathering or dry-brushing for added realism

📐 Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2mm – 0.28mm
• Supports: Tree supports (recommended), with Build Plate Only as a base
• Infill: 10–20%
• Print Orientation: Parts are pre-oriented for optimal printing

🧩 Assembly Instructions:

1. Print all 4 parts at 100% scale (fits most adult heads). Scale up or down as needed.
2. Attach the dome lid to the main body using strong adhesive or epoxy.
3. Insert the front visor grill into the front opening – glue or secure with clips/magnets.
4. Glue the curved jawline piece around the bottom of the front opening.
5. Mount a feather or plume into the top hole — choose something comedic or majestic!
6. Paint and finish to your liking.
