This model allows you to put a 60mm fan onto a 40mm heatsink.  I use it for my Bitaxe, but could be used for anything with a 60 to 40mm fan.

Other models are a single piece which needs support and can be hard to get the screws into.  I made this to be able to mount the base to the heatsink and then, with friction fit, mount the shroud with the fan.  Works great.  You could put a drop of super glue on but then you run into issues if you want to remove it later.  Up to you, but the friction fit is tight.

In my case I used the 5V Noctura NF-A6x25 PWM 60x25mm fan.
