Printed the version with inserts, will need to see what I can come up with in using the M4 ones on top, the bottom one also received a loose fit M4 (as I do not have M5).

I used 0.2 balanced strength which is pretty good for a soldering iron to mount heat inserts.But you can enhance the strength if you want to mount a tool which is used with more force.

If you like it please boost.</boostcontent></boostme><h2>Summary</h2>This is a generic adapter for the Dremel Workstation 220 (Drill Stand). It provides a base for your own tool holders. Simply design it based on the dimension shown in the sketch attached. A square plate 38x38 with 4 mounting holes 30x30 (M3).I added 2 versions. One for thread inserts and the other with printed threadsAdditional I added 5 threads on top (M4) and one at the bottom (M5). I use this bottom hole with a hex screw to flatten fresh added inserts. The top thread are added for additional tools – light / magnifying glass.. As a bonus I added 1 tool holder. Specially designed for my soldering iron. I used PETG-HF – but there is no problem to print it with PLA. The soldering iron doesn’t become hot at the mounting point.
