Full extension installed look
  1. Extension: Rack Raiser currently in print testing. The design raises the rack by 60mm to allow complete opening of the lower AMS lid.
  2. Extension: AMS + Build Plate Holder. This design requires the Extension: Rack Raiser as a base—otherwise, the lower AMS lid won't have enough clearance for filament changes. The holder stabilizes the lower AMS and includes three build plate sockets (Vision Encoder support pending).

  1. Enhanced bridge, hanging in middle and less filaments

    Arch bridge design, less filament.
  2. Toolbar finished design and print test. Revision 2 prototype looks strong enough and stylish
  3. Hexagon attachment - BambuLab Glue Stick Holder finished design and print test. Hexagon bolt very tight on installation but acceptable, glue stick is placed firmly
  4. HexPegBoard, Toolbar and BambuLab Glue Stick Holder has released as PT (Public Test)

  1. Bottom bridge is the last puzzle, after placing the AMS 2 Pro, then install the last bridge under the tubes and cables.

Dual Nozzle Holder (Completed)

The 39.4mm width fits perfectly into dual 12mm hexagonal slots that allows you to mount up to 4 sets of dual nozzle holders on the toolbar.

 

Prototype r8, now the holder is perfect, nozzle head protected, and install on toolbar side by side frimly

Extension: Raiser (Public Test)

Simple and easy to install

The design raises the rack by 60mm to allow complete opening of the lower AMS lid. Column 60mm x 6 and Side Row x 1.

Extension: AMS + Build Plate Holder (Public Test)

After 5 revisions, the new one use less filaments

This design requires the Extension: Raiser as a base—otherwise, the lower AMS lid won't have enough clearance for filament changes. The holder stabilizes the lower AMS and includes three build plate sockets (Vision Encoder support pending).

Extension: Lower AMS Slidable Module (In design)

This design makes the stacking rack more compact and allows users to slide out the lower AMS to replace filaments.

Extension: Lift-up handle (In design)

This design allows users to lift the entire stacking rack and move it anywhere.

Extension/Attachment: Left Right Nozzle Sign

A sign that identifies the upper and lower AMS's sides of the nozzle.
