I designed my own Airless Basketball from scratch with its peculiar design with a honeycomb structure that does not need to be inflated, no valves and does not deflate.
This version is not a replica. I modeled it from zero, taking inspiration from the original and making modifications that I considered pertinent.
The diameter is 20.5 cm you can scale it if you wish.
The best rebound results have been with PEBA-S Kimya as you can see in the gif in this post. Also you can test it with PLA Flex, it bounces more than TPU
I created a miniature profile to use it as a KeyChain with a Split Ring
