I decided to embark on the challenge of creating a functional prototype of an Airless Soccer Ball, specifically designed for 3D printing. My goal was to develop a model that not only replicated the essence of the original design but also offered significant improvements in terms of durability and performance.

Incorporating the design principles of the Airless Basketball, I immersed myself in the modeling process to adapt them to the context of Soccer. The result was an innovative prototype that challenges the traditional conventions of soccer balls, eliminating the need for inflation and providing a more consistent and reliable gaming experience.

Authentic Details: All characteristic elements of a soccer ball have been integrated, including hexagonal and pentagonal panels, as well as stitching details, to achieve an authentic and recognizable appearance.

Uniform Surface: The model's surface has been precisely designed to ensure high-quality 3D printing and a smooth finish, without imperfections or deformities, contributing to an optimal gaming experience.

3D Printing Optimized Design: The ball's design has been optimized for 3D printing, minimizing support areas and overhangs, facilitating the printing process, and reducing the need for post-processing.

Ready to Print: No assembly is required, as the ball is designed as a single piece, ready to be 3D printed directly, simplifying the process and ensuring faithful reproduction of the original design.
