Foldable Print-in-place 4-Cup Holder with Handle

This is a print-in-place foldable 4-cup holder/transportation tray with an integrated handle – perfect for carrying drinks securely with one hand. The clever design allows it to fold flat for easy storage and pop open when in use. Ideal for picnics, parties, BBQs, or any event where drinks need to be carried safely.

Two Versions Included:

1. All-In-One Version (+ Version that fits the OutIn portable Espresso Cups)
   • Handle is printed already attached to the baseplate.
   • No additional hardware required.
   • Ready to use straight from the printer (after support removal, if necessary).
2. Modular Version (Assembly Required)
   • Handle and baseplate printed separately.
   • Assembled using:
     • 2× M4 heat-set inserts
     • 2× M4x16 bolts
   • Offers improved strength and print reliability

Assembly Tips (Modular Version):

• Install the heat-set inserts with a soldering iron (carefully!)
• Align the handle and screw in the bolts from underneath
• Ensure everything moves freely before first use

📐 Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PLA (tested), PETG possible
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15–25%
• Supports: Only for the handle-overhang (depending on printer capabilities)
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Bed size: Min. 200×200 mm recommended
