Y-Splitter with Filament Filter
Print Profile(1)

Description
I took the handy concept of a PTFE tube Y-Splitter for swapping between AMS and External fed filaments and integrated a filament filter to catch any potential dust / debris from filament coming from either source before it reaches the extruder/hot end and causes print quality issues or clogs.
Only uses 8g of filament (including 1g of TPU) and the entire design prints without supports.
To make sure the filament would feed and retract reliably via the AMS, the filter uses a conical wiper design - to be printed in TPU. I've been printing via AMS with this for a little while without any issues.
I put a lot of care into the detail design of the tolerances, filament path, blends, and bridge reduction.
The filter sits in a print-in-place hinged housing.
M10x1.0 Threads compatible with PC4-M10 Pneumatic Quick Disconnects that fit the standard Bambu Labs PTFE tube (4mm OD x 2.5mm ID). Sold here: https://amzn.to/3GQTYQk
The PLA body fits a 12mm wrench for easy tightening of the 10mm QDs.
Hope you find the design useful.

Updated 5/14 @ 1245 EST: Splits in threaded sections for ease of assembly. The entry cone angle on the filter has been narrowed for a lower chance of a snag.
Updated 5/15 @ 1615 EST: Added a slot for an M3 screw to mount to the back of your printer.
