[BIQU H2 V2S] Kingroon KP3S/KP3S Pro extruder mount

I found one promising mount to make Kingroon KP3S Pro S1 a printing beast. I like the MAD system for BIQU H2 V2S and was desperate to work with my unit.

The original model that I found was not quite working so I made the following edits:

• cut at a specific height to not crash with MAD ducts
• the bottom part of the model where the thermistor wires are placed is little bit wider to fit in
• I moved the extruder mount from top to bottom (as the MAD base needs to be attached at the top)
• model width was reduced to not interfere with the MAD base
• fan cover was moved 2 mm to fit tight to the heat sink fan
• added a mount to zip-tie the heater wire in place and not rub the X-rail

The MAD base needs to be cut 1 mm at height.
