86-Type Socket Shelf Extension Bracket - Compatible with One to Four Gangs

I. Before Printing

• Size Confirmation: Please measure the size of your socket panel; ensure the frame is within the standard 86mm (typically measured around 85.8mm).
• Version Selection: Please select the appropriate panel version based on the curvature of your socket panel corners; the three-gang version includes both integrated and split types, with the integrated version only supporting H2d large panel printers.

II. Before Installation

• Safety Warning:ALWAYS disconnect power! ALWAYS disconnect power! ALWAYS disconnect power!
• Hinge Adjustment: The hinge gap for this model is set to 0.2mm. After printing and removal, it might not rotate at first, but there's no need to panic. Simply flex each hinge part back and forth several times to easily release the lock. This gap design has been tested and verified to ensure proper damping for opening and closing while effectively preventing panel sagging.

III. Model Features

• Convenient Printing: No supports needed, print in place; you can directly select suitable parameters for printing on your mobile device.
• Practical Design: The platform has high strength and saves material, featuring a precision compensation design to ensure the platform remains flat and does not tilt or sag; the shelf does not interfere with the wall when stowed.
• Easy Disassembly and Assembly: Reserved top and bottom switch removal openings allow for easy removal of the 86-type panel; features a custom wiring storage method, enabling disassembly and replacement with magnets.
• Wide Compatibility: The two holes on the platform can accommodate up to a Type-A USB cable; the platform size is controlled at 147mm, allowing direct placement of the Xiaomi AI Speaker Pro; single and double-gang versions are available, and the platform also comes in two specifications. Detailed parameters can be found in the configured model.

IV. Model Introduction

• Quality Assurance: This shelf solution has undergone multiple personal verification tests, with details refined to address all shortcomings of similar models currently available on the platform.
• Device Compatibility: All versions can be printed normally on the A1 mini print platform, except for the complete double-gang version.
• Accessories and Expansion: For magnets, N52 6x2.5 specification is recommended; required expansion modules can be selected as needed; note that the single-slot version cannot be expanded due to size limitations.
• Customization Support: If you have other expansion needs, you can leave a comment or contact me, or directly use my expansion interface files for simple Boolean operations.
