Description

the Remix is formatted for Bambu studio. Is set up for an AMS for the box. Main color box and surface colors for accents.

Total of 5 colors used. Only two trays use two colors, the top and bottom of the box. You can choose whatever colors you want.

If you don't have an AMS, you might manually change the filament of just let it be all built with the same color, and subtle. most of the part are separated by color.

box: Black

box text: white

Imperial parts: silver

Rebel parts: gold

white pins

red pins

the build plate title has how many copies are needed for that plate.

the items of same color are on the same plate.

For the red and white pins, I added fuzzy skin for the finger part of the pins.

the plates are for the x1c, should work fine for P1P. If you want to try it on a A1 mini, you would need to scale ALL the parts by 0.85 If you do please let me know if it works.

Some assembly needed. Simple gluing the hinges to the box. Very simple assembly.

Some of the pieces have some fine detail. so be careful removing Support. to not break or bend the parts. some of the fine detail is lost in printing. I chose not to reprint the ships with a smaller nozzle. But that would help. you don't need to print all the parts with a fine nozzle.

A few options:

Looks like the box pivots  are designed for a slice of 1.75  filament. This will probably work fine for the number of open closes.  if you want it stronger you might use a screw. But threads are not a good pivot. The best option is a dowel pin. A small dab of glue, on each side, will make the pin not come out.

If you use a slice of filament, I would just glue on one side. That way it is easy to replace.

There is a grove in the box you might put a chunk of filament in. As a color highlight. It is not a good seal, and does not need a water tight seal. But makes it look better.

Another change from the original is the original box opens 180 Degree. But part of the game is hiding your placement from the others. A change I made limits the box to opening 90 degrees.
