The filament may be damp or inconsistent in material. Additionally, if the mounting hole is too loose, try a different one; I've also found slight variations in hole dimensions

Thank you for your feedback, but this is the first time the problem you described has occurred. Please check the settings. If the problem still occurs, try adjusting the X-Y outer contour size compensation. Note: This clip can only be used with Bambu's official spool.
