The model is parametric and can be adjusted directly via an online configurator. You can define several key parameters (shown on drawing below):
- Edge Side length of the cube
- Height – Cube's height (Z-axis)
- Bigger Cylinder Radius –Controls the entry guide shape
- Bigger Cylinder Height – Controls the entry guide shape
- Smaller Cylinder Radius – Controls the final fit for the insert
Corner Radius – Rounds the edges for easier handling and print quality

This is especially helpful when switching between filament types, printer tolerances, or brands of heat inserts. Each cube allows you to test how an insert fits with heat - helping you identify the right combination for secure and reliable installations.
