Description

This 3D print helps you install wrist pin bushings into a connecting rod if you already own a wrist pin removal tool like the Motion Pro Piston Pin Tool.

Key Features:

Specific Fit: Designed for bushings with a 22.9mm outer diameter and a 20mm inner diameter. This was made for a 2010 Harley-Davidson Sportster.
Tool Compatibility: This adaptor was designed to work with the Motion Pro Deluxe Piston Pin Tool (model 08-0472), which can be used to remove wrist pins
Customizable: Includes the Fusion 360 file. You can modify the dimensions to fit your specific bushing and connecting rod needs.
Printing Material: Successfully printed using PETG HF. However, it did deform a bit during use. I would probably recommend a filament with stronger compressive strength (while not being brittle), like PC or PETG CF. Other filament types might also be suitable.

How it Works:

The adaptor allows you to use the Motion Pro tool's pressing force to seat the wrist pin bushing correctly.

The images show how the adaptor fits with the Motion Pro tool and the bushing, making the bushing installation process more straightforward.
