DIY Sandblasting Nozzle Add-On for Air Blow Gun V1

This is a prototype attachment that turns a regular compressed air blow gun into a basic sandblasting tool. It’s the first version (V1) of the design and has already been tested — it works!

The opening where the air gun inserts is currently 8 mm in diameter, so make sure your blow gun fits or can be adapted. The goal is to create an accessible, low-cost sandblasting solution using commonly available workshop tools.

There’s still room for improvement, and I’ll be fine-tuning the design in future versions. If you have any feedback or suggestions, they’re more than welcome!
