Foreword
Following the Thousand Sunny, the Going Merry, with nearly 200 parts, makes a grand appearance, it has passed printing tests, so everyone can enjoy it with confidence!
This time, the Going Merry is more refined, with a more reasonable structure, you only need about 450g of filament to own a 20CM long/detail-packed Going Merry!
Assembly Guide
1. Assembly Video Tutorial
2. Assembly Notes
- The part for fixing the small flag on top is too thin to print, I installed it using a 2.0mm diameter copper rod, if you don't have one, you can use 1.75mm diameter filament, directly insert it into the hole at the top of the pole, which also works well
- For the cylindrical front fixing part of the anchor, you can thread a rope through the hole in the middle of the part and tie two knots at the end of the rope before installing it to the hull, this provides excellent securing
- Compared to the previous Thousand Sunny which required heat bending to achieve a curved effect, this time the sail can be printed flat and achieve a curved effect through the sail keel, greatly reducing your operational difficulty
Hull Instructions
250724 Update:
Hull files and print profiles have also been released, everyone can freely scale and match their 3D Printer! I've found that no matter how creators try to prevent it, the release of models inevitably comes with actions that harm creators, so I've decided that since piracy cannot be stopped, everyone's happiness is what matters most, and everyone's enjoyment of the printing and assembly process and results is what matters most. Compared to gaining meager profits from publishing platforms but allowing more people to enjoy this happiness versus not publishing and selling myself to gain more profits. I lean more towards the former, so share your joy!
Due to the hull involving fragile parts like railings, it must be printed using white PETG filament.
PS: If you encounter problems during printing, you can add Superrrr-flq for technical support
Additionally, if possible, please follow dy: Muscle Franky
